It covers any functional, material or manufacturing defects that may occur in products purchased from us.  
The warranty applies to the entire collection and is valid for a five-year period starting from the date of receiving the furniture. However, it does not cover wear or tear or damage to upholstery, surfaces, etc., or damage caused by the improper use.

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days. To do so, please email us at moc.liamg%40erutinrufhereb for detailed instructions.
Once we receive your returned items, we will check them. If they are in a proper condition, we will proceed with the appropriate refund. If the item shows clear signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a refund amount that reflects the diminished value. 
All return shipping, duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please pack the item you are returning properly to prevent further damage to the product or its packaging. This will directly affect the amount of your compensation.
Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
