You can pay for the goods in one of the following ways:
- 70% prepayment with further payment of the balance upon receipt of the goods.
- Through the LiqPay system when placing an order online.
- By transfer to a PrivatBank card by prior arrangement with the manager.

We deliver orders through the state-owned enterprise Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta service, TNT, DHL or other delivery companies. You will be provided with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
If the items are in stock, the order is usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

Estimated delivery time:

* 1-7 business days within Ukraine
* 7-14 business days to European countries
* 14-21 business days to the USA, Canada and Australia

Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. If customs or import fees apply in your destination country, they will be assessed upon arrival of the package in the country. The recipient will be responsible for covering the costs of duties and other related fees. This also applies to gift orders or other purchases intended for a third party.
